About the role L'équipe du recouvrement est à la recherche d’un Analyste conseil en subrogation afin de compléter son équipe. La personne sélectionnée pour ce poste aura pour responsabilités de supporter et d’accompagner les experts dans leurs développements en répondant à leurs questions et en établissant avec eux des stratégies permettant de maximiser nos chances de réussites dans nos recouvrements. Cette personne travaillera de concert avec les gestionnaires afin de les supporter dans le développement des experts. Cette personne devra également effectuer des audits de dossiers afin d'identifier les points forts et les opportunités d'améliorations. Responsabilités clés du poste : Accompagner les experts dans le développement de leurs compétences Supporter les gestionnaires dans le développement des experts Identifier des besoins de formation et participer à l'élaboration de celles-ci Effectuer des audits de dossiers Assurer un contrôle de nos opérations en concordance avec les règles, les politiques et les procédures d'Intact. Identifier les opportunités d'améliorations et les leviers à maintenir Mettre en place des stratégies pour assurer notre succès dans nos dossiers recouvrement conformément aux processus en place dans l'équipe Support dans la prise en charge des dossiers plus complexes Support dans la judiciarisation des dossiers Qualifications Titre de PAA, un atout Baccalauréat ou Certificat en droit, un atout Certificat d'expert en sinistres 5A Minimum 8 à 10 ans d'expérience en expertise de règlements de sinistre Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans les dossiers recouvrement et/ou Responsabilité Civile Expérience en coaching (un atout) Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse Être à l'écoute et en mode solution Forte aptitude de communication (capacité à vulgariser l’information, faire preuve de diplomatie dans les échanges) Être proactif et avoir une bonne gestion des priorités Bilinguisme (français/anglais) tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit. Requirements

Candidates should have 8 to 10 years of experience in claims adjustment and at least 5 years in subrogation or civil liability. A professional insurance designation (PAA) and a degree or certificate in law are considered strong assets.
