Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. About the role We are currently looking for an Azure AD Security Analyst to join the Identity and Access Management team. In this role, you will be the Azure AD lead, working closely with various business partners and the IAM team to integrate and evolve Azure AD as the organization’s identity provider. Reporting to the Director, Identity Access Security, your main responsibilities will include: What you'll do here: Collaborate with other team members on integration and federation projects with Azure AD. Participate in the planning, implementation, and integration of technology architecture and IAM solutions for complex projects. Implement improvements or propose solutions to operational issues, and regularly communicate progress to stakeholders. Take a proactive role in reviewing, developing, and implementing processes and procedures. Help develop automation to improve operations. Participate in RFPs/RFQs and bills of materials (BOMs), as needed. Contribute to the continuous improvement of key Identity and Access Management processes. Onboard new administrators into Azure Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and manage their roles in Azure AD. Provide senior-level support during major incidents. Provide 24/7 on-call operational support, as needed. What you bring to the table: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to identify problems and recognize gaps relative to accepted practices and processes. Experience working in large, complex IT environments. Enthusiasm for new technologies. Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment. Hands-on experience with Azure B2B Collaboration, Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud, etc. Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Authentication Library (MSAL), the Microsoft Graph API, and OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, or SAML (identity onboarding). Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to act as the Azure AD lead for Microsoft identity and access management components, including Azure PIM, Azure Information Protection (AIP), and multi-factor authentication (MFA). For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
