Certified HCAs that demonstrate compassion, critical thinking and a desire to provide our Clients with the highest quality care possible, as well as but not limited to: * Provide meaningful companionship and stimulation to Clients with various conditions * Advocate for Clients’ needs * Monitor and report any changes to the Client’s condition * Assist Clients with ADLs including meal preparation, personal care, bathing and safe transfers * Ensure the privacy and dignity of Clients while providing care * Create moments of joy for Clients during your care Required Qualifications: * Applicants must have valid employment eligibility in Canada* * Valid Health Care Aide (HCA) certificate (or equivalent recognized provincial care training) OR; * LPN students that have completed at least 2 semesters of nursing school in Manitoba with minimum placement experience * Flexible availability, punctal and dependent * Dementia care experience is an asset Other Details: Job Type: Casual Wage: $21.00/Hour + lieu benefits wage + vacation pay *Please Note: * INTEGRAcare currently does not have the provision to provide LMIA assistance. * INTEGRAcare’s hiring practices have been dedicated to building a workforce that reflects the diversity of the community in which we live, including those with disabilities. Requirements

Applicants must hold a valid Health Care Aide certificate or be LPN students with specific placement experience. Candidates must have flexible availability and the ability to work in a 1:1 homecare setting.
