Overview of the role We are seeking an entrepreneurial and dynamic Account Executive to own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The ideal candidate will be a relationship seller with a proven track record of closing in B2B SaaS. What You’ll be Doing Identify, prospect and engage with mid-market certification providers, licensing bodies and training organizations, experience selling to these organizations is a plus Conduct in-depth discovery calls, product demos and tailored presentations to align our solutions with prospect needs. Be an expert in our solution and understand the unique challenges of prospects to tailor our solution to their needs. Manage opportunities through a structured sales process, leveraging Hubspot for accurate forecasting. CRM hygiene is imperative. Develop relationships with decision makers to drive deals forward and effectively address roadblocks. Partner with Account Management & Support teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption for new clients. What You Have Proven closer with 3+ years of experience in SaaS or EdTech sales with a track record of exceeding targets. Relationship builder with ability to consultatively sell and develop long-term relationships by being a trusted partner to prospects. Comfort demoing software and explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work independently with little guidance in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience using Hubspot and managing a structured sales pipeline. The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 CAD base, plus commission/bonus potential based on performance.
