We are looking for an organized and reliable Patient Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage patient scheduling for nursing and personal support services. Ensure efficient patient flow by matching clients with appropriate staff. Handle schedule changes, cancellations, and urgent staffing requests. Respond to and resolve patient, caregiver, and staff escalations professionally and promptly. Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare staff regarding appointments and service updates. Maintain accurate scheduling records and patient information. Work closely with the management team to ensure continuity of care. Provide general administrative support as required. Qualifications Previous experience in scheduling, healthcare administration, or customer service is an asset. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling software is an asset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. Requirements Must reside in or near Markham, ON. Reliable transportation is an asset. Availability to work part-time with flexibility as needed.
