Your Role: At the Heart of the Chain Core Duties: Serve as a liaison between warehouse operations and other departments (HR, IT, Procurement, etc.) to streamline communication and resolve issues efficiently. Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflows; recommend and help implement enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy. Organize internal meetings, including preparing agendas, booking meeting rooms, taking minutes, and distributing follow-ups. Help coordinate on-site events or initiatives that support team engagement and morale. Support and organize service tickets related to warehouse operations, including equipment and facility-related issues. Assist management in scheduling vendor services, ensuring timely service delivery. Document Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of warehouse activities, including inventory logs, shipping documents, and compliance records. Ensure that all documents are securely stored in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Conduct regular audits of document storage systems to ensure accuracy and completeness. Employee Scheduling: Develop and distribute employee schedules in Humanity, ensuring all shifts are covered and resolving scheduling conflicts or changes. Coordinate with sorting management to meet operational needs and manage team adjustments. Reports and Presentations: Prepare and analyze various reports related to warehouse operations, such as inventory levels, order fulfillment, and performance metrics. Create and present presentations for internal meetings and management reviews, highlighting key data and insights. Procurement: Manage procurement activities, including ordering and tracking supplies, equipment, and materials needed for warehouse operations through EWAY and ServiceNow. Monitor facility supply levels (e.g., pallet wrap, garbage bins, labels) and anticipate future needs to prevent shortages or overstocking. Other duties as assigned. Why Join Intelcom | Dragonfly?
