Job Summary We are seeking an NPI Process Engineer with 3+ years of experience to support new product introductions and manufacturing transfers. The ideal candidate will optimize manufacturing processes, support process validation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches. Key Responsibilities Support new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing transfer activities. Develop and improve manufacturing processes and work instructions. Coordinate process validation and production readiness activities. Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and drive process improvements. Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, R&D, and Supply Chain teams. Ensure compliance with quality and manufacturing standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. 3+ years of Process Engineering or NPI experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with manufacturing process development and product launches. Knowledge of process validation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
