Responsibilities Develop and deliver accounting and financial management training Provide training in budgeting, reporting and cash management Support accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliation training Deliver year-end and audit-readiness training Provide financial systems and internal-controls training Coach and mentor staff Support financial literacy and governance training Develop manuals, procedures, templates and reference materials Provide knowledge transfer to support ongoing operations Qualifications Experience in several of the following areas is preferred: Accounting or financial management Adult learning or professional training Coaching or mentoring Financial systems Internal controls Policy and procedure development Public-sector finance Training-material development Professional accounting or training credentials are assets.
