Manage and develop the maintenance team, including supervision, training, communication, performance support, and hiring activities. Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs using industry best practices, technology, and CMMS tools to maximize equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and resources, including work orders, spare parts inventory, maintenance supplies, and equipment records. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities by analyzing maintenance performance, managing projects, reducing costs, and improving operational efficiency.
