Maintenance Supervisor, Bathurst, New Brunswick When you join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance team and ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of mill equipment. This role plays a critical part in maximizing equipment performance, minimizing downtime, and supporting the mill's production objectives through effective maintenance planning and team leadership. Supervise and support the maintenance team, providing direction, coaching, performance management, and workforce planning. Plan, coordinate, and oversee maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and minimize production downtime. Ensure high-quality, responsive maintenance services that support the operational needs of the sawmill, planer mill, and kilns. Manage departmental budgets, work plans, and maintenance systems to drive performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement. What You Offer At least one of the following: Journey Level Millwright, Welder, Machinist or similar ticket, or post-secondary education related to the maintenance of equipment 3 years of experience in wood products manufacturing or a heavy industrial environment 1 year of experience leading, supervising, or coordinating maintenance personnel in an industrial or manufacturing environment Bilingualism in French and English Who We Are At Interfor, our culture is built on integrity, respect, and collaboration.
