The Maintenance Supervisor leads the maintenance team to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of mill equipment. They are responsible for planning maintenance activities, managing departmental budgets, and driving continuous improvement to minimize downtime. Candidates must possess a professional trade certification or relevant post-secondary education in equipment maintenance. Additionally, at least three years of experience in heavy industrial manufacturing and one year of supervisory experience are required.
