They are responsible for optimizing equipment reliability, managing maintenance projects, and overseeing personnel tasks such as training and scheduling. Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within the wood products industry. A post-secondary education or journeyman certification is considered an asset, along with proficiency in CMMS and safety regulations.
