Operational Efficiency: Oversee and optimize maintenance activities using CMMS. Quality Assurance: Ensure equipment reliability through planning and troubleshooting. Personnel Management: Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation. Project Coordination: Coordinate maintenance projects and budgets. Industrial Experience: 3–5 years in industrial maintenance; wood products and supervision preferred. Technical Qualifications: Post-secondary education or journeyman certification is an asset.
