In addition to base pay, you’ll enjoy: Short-Term Incentive Bonus 3 weeks vacation to start RRSP matching Employee Share Purchase Program matching Employer-paid medical and dental coverage What You'll Do Team Leadership & Supervision: supervise maintenance employees, contractors and sub-contractors, provide training, coaching and ongoing development to the maintenance team, foster a positive, collaborative work environment Maintenance Planning & Execution: plan, schedule and improve routine, preventative, and shutdown maintenance activities, maintenance systems and methodologies to ensure fast, reliable response to equipment issues, manage maintenance work systems and contracts in compliance with H&S requirements Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving: lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence, drive continuous improvements through effective leadership in maintenance meetings Safety, Compliance & Cost Control: ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations and company values, support legislative and regulatory compliance across maintenance operations, manage departmental budgets and maintain strong cost control What You Offer 2 years in industrial maintenance + 1 year of people supervision Knowledge of electrical, mechanical (hydraulic, pneumatic), fabrication/welding, PLC programming Comfortable using MS Office, CMMS (ex.
