Perform patient assessments and provide nursing care including wound, IV, and catheter care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Administer medications and operate within the professional standards of the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives.

Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) capable of working in a fast-paced home health environment. Candidates should be reliable, flexible, and motivated to provide high-quality community care.
