The MRI Technologist is also responsible for assisting the Radiologists during procedures, inputting patient specific data into the Radiology Information System (RIS) PACS and providing direction regarding exams and procedures to student technologists and staff trainees. This is a Permanent Part Time (0.84) opportunity. Shifts of work will be scheduled rotating nights. About this Location Kamloops is where big skies, rugged landscapes, and city life come together. Current certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT). The MRI Technologist performs magnetic resonance imaging exams and assists radiologists during medical procedures. They are also responsible for managing patient data in RIS/PACS and providing guidance to student technologists.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging program. Current certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) is required.
