Negotiate and settle claims with claimants or their representatives, administer payments through trust accounts, and coordinate with stakeholders to meet client needs.

Manage assigned insurer client accounts, including trust-funded accounts, financial reporting, transaction reconciliation, and communication about account balances. Review files for compliance with internal protocols and client KPIs, coordinate payment workflows with Finance and Examiners, and support management information reporting.
