What You’ll Do As an Industrial Electrician at IPG, you'll be a key part of keeping our manufacturing systems running at their best. Troubleshoot and repair equipment and electrical systems Install electrical/electronic components across a wide variety of machinery Perform minor mechanical repairs Use our computerized maintenance system for work orders, parts tracking, and history Work closely with your supervisor and collaborate on additional tasks as needed What You Bring Red Seal Industrial Electrician certification (3+ years preferred) Strong control systems knowledge (Allen Bradley controllers, VFDs) Excellent troubleshooting and planning skills A proactive, detail‑focused approach and comfort in a fast‑paced environment Shift Details 12‑hour shifts 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (rotational schedule) If you’re an experienced Industrial Electrician looking for stable work, competitive pay, and a team environment where your skills matter—we want to meet you. What you’ll do

The Industrial Electrician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and installing electrical and electronic components on manufacturing machinery. They will also perform minor mechanical repairs and manage work orders using a computerized maintenance system.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Red Seal Industrial Electrician certification, with 3 or more years of experience preferred. Strong knowledge of control systems, including Allen Bradley controllers and VFDs, is required.
