Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: $75,000 per year Location: Downtown Vancouver, BC — In Person Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The successful candidate will have strong accounts payable and bookkeeping experience and must be highly proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC365). This position requires someone who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Review and process vendor invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC365) Liaise with vendors to resolve invoice, payment, and purchase order discrepancies Maintain accurate new and existing vendor information Prepare semi-monthly cheque/payment runs for multiple companies Reconcile vendor statements and investigate outstanding items Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner Prepare retention/holdback cheques as required Record and process bank deposits Maintain accurate and complete supporting documentation Assist with account reconciliations and other bookkeeping activities as required Support the finance team with ad hoc projects and other duties as they arise Qualifications & Experience Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is required Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience preferred Minimum 3 years of accounts payable experience preferred Strong Microsoft Excel skills High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with vendors and colleagues Strong verbal and written communication skills Positive, professional attitude and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment Strong team player with a collaborative approach Benefits Extended health care Dental care Vision care Work Location Downtown Vancouver, BC — In person Applicants must have practical experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC365).
