ADGA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support an upcoming initiative focused on the development and delivery of a Counter-Uncrewed Aerial Systems (C-UAS) capability for the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF). This role will contribute to the successful planning, execution, and implementation of a new and evolving defence capability. The Senior Project Manager (Force Development) will support the development of project deliverables in accordance with the DND project approval process. Key Responsibilities • Lead and provide support to the development of project approval deliverables to meet project milestones; • Lead and coordinate meetings and briefings, including preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items; • Manage risk, maintain the risk register, and coordinate risk reviews; • Conduct and coordinate options analysis to meet operational requirements; • Develop and coordinate concepts of operations (CONOPS) and use cases for the operational employment of C-UAS capabilities; • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and information flow; and • Maintain force development records and ensure documentation is stored and organized according to departmental standards. Qualifications: • Proven experience in project or program management, preferably in defence, aerospace, engineering or complex technology environments • Ability to apply technical judgment to CONOPS, use cases, options analysis, and project approval activities involving aviation, uncrewed systems, and robotics. • Minimum of 7 years progressive experience as a Senior Project Manager/Leader o Managing projects with annual budgets over $1M, including financial, scope, schedule, and risk management o Stakeholder engagement, communications, and preparing technical and management documentation o Drafting correspondence, assessing deliverables, and preparing CDRLs and DIDs o Supporting stakeholder coordination and communications • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience briefing senior or executive-level stakeholders • Strong organizational and documentation skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Experience with operationalization of new technologies will be considered a strong asset. • A current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be considered a strong asset Additional Information: • Must currently hold or be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret (Level II) Canadian Federal Government Security clearance. • The posted salary reflects an employee compensation model; consultant rates will be adjusted accordingly.
