🚀 Hiring: Senior Cloud Application Specialist (DevOps / Cloud Engineer) | Toronto, ON (Onsite Contract) 📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite – 5 Days/Week) 🏛 Client: Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement (ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE A PERMANENT CANADIAN CITIZEN AND GOT ALL THE REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS) We're seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Application Specialist with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, DevOps, cloud-native application development, and infrastructure automation to support a large-scale Ontario Public Sector initiative. Key Requirements: ✔ 8+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Application Development ✔ Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure App Services, Azure Functions, AKS) ✔ Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift ✔ Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Git, and CI/CD pipelines ✔ Strong knowledge of DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud automation ✔ Experience developing automation solutions using Python and REST APIs ✔ Knowledge of Azure IAM, cloud security, monitoring, logging, and enterprise architecture ✔ Experience with scalable, high-availability cloud solutions in SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS environments ✔ Experience with VMware and cloud migration projects is an asset ✔ Public Sector experience is highly desirable

The Senior Cloud Application Specialist will support a large-scale Ontario Public Sector initiative by leveraging their expertise in cloud-native application development and infrastructure automation. They will work closely with various teams to ensure the successful deployment and management of cloud solutions.

Candidates must have over 8 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Application Development, with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure and related technologies. Expertise in automation solutions and knowledge of cloud security and enterprise architecture are also essential.
