Aufgabenbeschreibung Konzeption und Entwicklung von RAG-getriebenen Informationssystemen Entwicklung produktiver Pipelines zur Transformation von Daten Verbesserung des technologischen Stacks und Lösungen. Verantwortlich für den Betrieb der übergreifenden Infrastruktur, und Durchführung von ML-Ops Tätigkeiten Der Ort der Leistungserbringung ist D-3 sowie remote. Skills Mindestens ein Jahr praktische Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Entwicklung und dem Betrieb von LLM-basierten RAG-Anwendungen Mindestens drei Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Softwareengineering mit Python Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in Projektarbeiten in agilen Entwicklerteams, idealerweise im SAFe-Umfeld Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1) Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Data Science oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Information Retrieval mit Schlagwort- und semantische Suche (Indextechnologien, Embeddings und Vektorstores) Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Evaluation und im Tuning von Information Retrieval Systemen Kenntnisse in der KI-basierten Textextraktion aus pdfs und Bildern Kenntnisse von Elasticsearch Kenntnisse in Agentensystemen und LLM-Frameworks wie LangChain und LangGraph Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang und der Anwendung mit Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Streamlit, Angular Anzahl 1
