Ira McDonald Construction started as a small builder founded in 1941 by Ira E. McDonald. His three sons - Larry, Dale, and Wynn, have developed the company into a well-established organization which has maintained its successful reputation within the construction industry. The Site Superintendent is responsible for proactively planning, scheduling, and managing complex construction projects to ensure they are delivered safely, profitably, and on time. This includes overseeing subcontractors, enforcing health and safety policies, and maintaining daily construction records.

Coordinate with superintendents, architects, and engineers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards.
