Reporting to the Data Center Technical Lead, the Data Center Technician is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the physical compute infrastructure in our data center. * Diploma, degree, or recognized certification in Information Technology or a closely related field is required. Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, CDCP, CCNA are an advantage * Ability to understand and assist in diagnosing complex issues related to high-performance computing environments * Familiarity with monitoring tools, remote system management, and infrastructure automation frameworks * Prior experience with command-line interfaces (CLI), particularly in Linux environments * Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to follow standardized operating procedures * Proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, supporting the effective operation of people and systems across multiple data center sites * A mindset focused on continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence * Strong personal integrity, openness, and professional honesty * Ability to develop innovative, practical solutions to technical challenges * Excellent organizational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills * Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels * A team player with a strong willingness to contribute beyond defined responsibilities and work across departments when needed Why You Will Love Working Here * Work with state-of-the-art AI hardware and some of the most advanced compute systems in the world * Be part of a team that values innovation, autonomy, and continuous learning * Make a measurable impact on the performance and reliability of global AI workloads This role requires availability for a rotational shift schedule including day, night, and weekend coverage. The Data Center Technician is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the physical compute infrastructure within the data center, including operating and optimizing high-density GPU and accelerator environments. This role also involves driving operational excellence through monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement while partnering with engineering teams on hardware and software deployment.

A diploma, degree, or recognized certification in Information Technology or a related field is required, with industry certifications being advantageous. Candidates must be able to diagnose complex issues in high-performance computing, be familiar with monitoring tools and CLI (especially Linux), and possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
