Job summary
IRIS Construction Management is expanding our presence across Canada, and we’re looking for an experienced business development professional with strong connections within the Canadian franchise industry. We’re particularly interested in someone who understands the restaurant, QSR, retail and multi-location franchise market and already has relationships with franchise brands, franchisees, multi-unit operators, developers, landlords, brokers and other industry decision-makers. This is not a traditional construction sales position. We’re looking for someone who knows how franchise expansion happens, can identify projects early, open doors, build long-term relationships and turn those relationships into construction opportunities. The role will focus on developing opportunities across Canada for: • Franchise restaurants & QSR • Retail and multi-location brands • Restaurant and hospitality projects • Commercial tenant improvements • Medical and professional spaces • National and regional rollout programs The position is full-time, Canada-wide, with remote flexibility and travel as required.
