Job Title: Business System Analyst Location: Toronto, ON(Hybrid) Duration: Long Term Job Description: Experience working with business Product Owner and act as liaison between business and IT delivery team. Able to write user stories, develop process flows, functional specifications, update Jira backlog, run backlog refinement sessions, define system functionalities, and run scrums sessions as backup SM as needed. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery. Excellent problem-solving, communication, conflict resolution, and documentation skills are essential.
