Position: Full Stack Engineer Location: Toronto ON Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable full-stack applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, and Python. Design and implement microservices-based architectures to support business-critical applications. Deploy, manage, and optimize containerized applications on Kubernetes environments. Build and maintain secure, high-performance APIs and backend services. Manage and optimize MongoDB databases and Redis caching solutions for scalability and performance. Collaborate with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and software quality guidelines. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues while improving system reliability and performance. Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to team knowledge sharing and growth. Participate in architecture discussions, documentation, DevOps initiatives, CI/CD processes, and continuous improvement efforts. About Iris Software Inc. Develop and enhance scalable full-stack applications and microservices using React, Node.js, and Python. Manage containerized applications on Kubernetes and optimize MongoDB and Redis for high performance.

The candidate must be proficient in full-stack development and microservices architecture. Experience with Kubernetes, API design, and database optimization is required for this mid-senior level role.
