Salesforce Developer

Iris's Direct client, a highly diversified financial services provider based in ON, CA is looking to hire a Salesforce Lead for a Long Term Contract opportunity. Location: Hybrid Mississauga, ON – 4 days/week JOB DESCRIPTION • 8+ years Salesforce development - Apex, LWC, SLDS, Flows, SOQL optimization • 3+ years on Financial Services Cloud (FSC) - deep knowledge of the data model (Accounts, Relationships, Financial Accounts, Policies) sharing and visibility • Insurance domain experience — policy lifecycle, claims, producer management, or similar • Hands-on CI/CD: SFDX, Git, and at least one of Flosum / Copado / Gearset • Proven integration experience: REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, idempotency, retry patterns, event streams • Experience leading technical delivery - setting standards, owning quality, mentoring developers • Strong unit testing discipline (meaningful assertions, not just coverage %) • GenAl tools: Copilot, Claude, prompt engineering

Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce solutions, setting quality standards and mentoring other developers. Responsible for developing complex integrations and optimizing data models within the Financial Services Cloud.

Requires over 8 years of Salesforce development experience and 3+ years specifically with Financial Services Cloud. Must have expertise in CI/CD tools, API integrations, and experience within the insurance domain.
