Job Title: Senior Gen AI Developer Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid Position) Duration: Long Term Position (12+ Months) Required Skills Must have 10+ years of overall software development experience. Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar) Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, Azure OpenAI, or AWS Bedrock — any combination) RAG experience (vector databases like Pinecone, OpenSearch, pgvector) Experience building reusable AI Harness/frameworks/platforms — i.e., designing components (prompt templates, retrieval pipelines, guardrails, evaluation) Hands-on use of Claude Code or a similar AI coding assistant (GitHub Copilot, Cursor) in daily development work Docker / containerization basics About Iris Software Inc. The role involves developing and integrating Generative AI solutions and LLM frameworks for a leading banking firm. Responsibilities include building reusable AI platforms, designing retrieval pipelines, and implementing guardrails and evaluation components.

Candidates must have over 10 years of software development experience and proficiency with LLM frameworks, vector databases, and AI coding assistants. Hands-on experience with containerization and various LLM APIs is required.
