Job Title: Technical Project Manager – Capital Market/Banking Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 4 days onsite in a week) Senior PM 12+ years of experience Lead end-to-end project delivery within Capital Markets, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Manage multiple workstreams across business, operations, risk, compliance, and technology teams. Gather and document business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans. Drive stakeholder engagement and facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization. Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issues while implementing mitigation strategies. Oversee project governance, status reporting, budget tracking, and resource management. Coordinate system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and regulatory change initiatives. Ensure alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational controls. Support Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies based on project needs. Track project KPIs and deliver regular updates to senior management. The role will be linked to the BOX content management software for the CLM transformation project. The BOX platform is used for BPM and Document Management and is a SAAS platform. The role does not require any specific prior experience on BOX though client mentioned he will prefer someone with Financial Services/Capital Markets experience.
