Title: Test Manager Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Duration: 24+ Months Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing delivery across our Finance, Risk, and Corporate Technology portfolios. In this role, you will oversee large-scale testing teams, establish robust QA frameworks, and ensure the flawless deployment of critical regulatory and financial systems. Key Responsibilities: Portfolio QA Leadership: Direct all testing activities for Finance, Risk management, and Corporate technology platforms, ensuring alignment with institutional compliance standards. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and scale large, high-performing testing teams comprising QA leads, automation engineers, and business analysts. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for QA delivery, confidently managing relationships and reporting readiness metrics to Directors and executive leadership. Test Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive test strategies, covering functional, integration, regression, automation, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Defect & Risk Governance: Oversee defect triage triage processes and proactively mitigate deployment risks in fast-paced delivery environments. Required Qualifications: FS Experience: Demonstrated experience managing large-scale testing teams within Canadian Financial Services (FS) institutions. Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial systems, risk models, regulatory reporting, or corporate application ecosystems. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of influencing and managing Director and above stakeholders. Methodologies: Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies, alongside modern test automation frameworks. About Iris Software Inc. Iris Software, Inc.
