We are currently seeking a Sales Associate or Licensed Optician to join our busy and growing team at our Richmond location in Lansdowne Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping patients look and see their best. Responsibilities : Welcome and assist patients with frame and lens selections Provide exceptional customer service throughout the patient journey Recommend eyewear solutions based on lifestyle, prescription, and visual needs Process sales transactions and assist with inventory management Adjust, repair, and fit eyewear (for licensed opticians and trained associates) Support clinic operations and maintain a professional retail environment Work collaboratively with optometrists and team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience Qualifications : Sales Associate Candidates Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Interest in eyewear, fashion, and eye care Licensed Optician Candidates Licensed Optician in British Columbia (or eligible for licensing) Experience with frame styling, lens recommendations, and eyewear dispensing Knowledge of ophthalmic products and services Strong customer service and sales abilities Language Skills – Highly Valued Our Richmond location serves a diverse community with a high volume of Cantonese and Mandarin-speaking patients. The ability to communicate in: Cantonese Mandarin English is considered a significant asset and will help us continue providing exceptional service to our patients.
