As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to: * Conduct maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of heavy-duty equipment including trucks, trailers, pumps, and other machinery commonly used in the oil and gas sector. * Diagnose mechanical issues, perform inspections, and implement appropriate solutions to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently. * Perform preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability. * Collaborate with the operations team to prioritize and schedule repairs to minimize disruption to production activities. * Adhere to company safety protocols and industry regulations to ensure a safe working environment. * Perform other related duties as requested. Job Requirements: * Certification or Journeyman status as a Heavy Duty Mechanic preferred. * Previous experience working in the oil and gas industry with Cummings engines and hydraulic troubleshooting is considered an asset. * Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. * Strong understanding of safety practices and procedures. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Willing/able to travel out of town for work. * Be prepared to work extra hours if required and work in all weather conditions. * Possess a clean class 5 driver's license and drivers abstract. * Pass a drug screening test.
