We are currently seeking an Architectural Technologist with strong proficiency in Revit and experience producing detailed construction documentation. The ideal candidate possesses a solid understanding of building codes and multi-disciplinary coordination, along with exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and consistently deliver high-quality work within project deadlines is essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities Transform conceptual and schematic designs into detailed construction documents using Revit. Prepare and review drawings to ensure compliance with applicable specifications, codes, and standards, while performing drafting and technical tasks throughout the project lifecycle. Contribute to the development of schematic designs, design development packages, construction documents, and supplementary drawings. Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with office production requirements, formatting standards, and project specifications. Coordinate working drawing information with Senior Technologists and support the Project Lead in integrating construction documentation across all disciplines. Collaborate effectively as part of an integrated project delivery team. Utilize Revit to develop and maintain 3D models and produce project drawings as required. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in architectural technology or a related discipline. Certification with CTTAM and/or ABTAM is considered an asset. Experience within commercial and/or residential construction sectors is considered an asset. Advanced proficiency in Revit, including 3D modeling and the production of construction documentation; experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software is required. Strong working knowledge of applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards. Experience reviewing and coordinating architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize competing priorities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
