We are seeking a Leasing Agent who will be responsible for promoting available rental properties, providing exceptional customer service to prospective residents, and supporting the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in. This role coordinates property showings, processes applications and lease documentation, maintains accurate leasing records, and works closely with Property Management and Head Office to ensure a positive resident experience and successful occupancy. Key Responsibilities: Respond to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries from prospective residents, providing professional customer service and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. Demonstrate knowledge of available properties, suite features, amenities, pricing, promotions, and incentives to effectively market rental opportunities. Schedule and conduct property and show suite tours for prospective residents. Process rental applications in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Prepare, process, and execute lease agreements and related leasing documentation. Maintain current availability reports and communicate leasing activity and occupancy updates to the Property Management team. Ensure show suites and leasing areas are clean, well-presented, and ready for prospective resident tours. Monitor the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property, reporting concerns as required. Coordinate move-in preparations to ensure suites are ready for occupancy on the scheduled possession date. Assist Head Office with utility meter readings and occupancy-related documentation as required. Support advertising and marketing initiatives by assisting with promotional activities and monitoring local rental market conditions. Maintain accurate leasing files, documentation, and administrative records in accordance with company standards. Collaborate with Property Management, Maintenance, and Head Office to ensure a seamless leasing and resident onboarding experience. Represent the company professionally and provide exceptional customer service in all interactions with residents, prospective residents, vendors, and colleagues. Perform general administrative duties and other related responsibilities consistent with the scope and level of the position. Skills and Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leasing, property management, or similar role, preferably within residential apartment leasing. Hold a real estate/property management license administered by the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission (SREC) Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, with a demonstrated ability to provide exceptional service. Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in documentation and administrative tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with prospective and current residents. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude, with a strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
