We provide compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals, couples, families, and organizations through counselling, trauma therapy, Brainspotting, coaching, and wellness services. This applies as well to the people who join our team. We are currently seeking a registered therapist, registered social worker, or registered psychologist to join our growing private practice in a hybrid independent contractor role. We are especially interested in professionals who want to focus on: Men’s mental health Couples LGBTQ+ Brainspotting EMDR Group facilitation Offering services in French This is not just another position. We’re looking for someone who: - Feels connected to the vision of creating modern mental health spaces - Wants to help rethink how individuals access support and care - Values collaboration and genuine human connection - Wants the freedom to grow within an evolving practice Qualifications: - Master’s level education Registered (or eligible for registration) in New Brunswick - Experience providing individual and/or couples therapy - Strong clinical documentation and professional standards - Brainspotting/EMDR training considered an asset - Bilingualism (English & French) considered a strong asset for Bathurst position. Required for Caraquet position. Requirements
Must have a Master's level education and be registered or eligible for registration in New Brunswick. Experience in individual or couples therapy is required, with Brainspotting, EMDR, and French bilingualism considered strong assets.
