Manage stakeholder expectations when timelines or priorities change, including communicating the rationale for ETA adjustments. Work closely with development teams to ensure business requirements and user stories are accurately reflected in technical designs and development sprints. Participate in product and business process analysis to ensure proposed enhancements align with overall product strategy. Evaluate solutions to ensure enhancements expand product capabilities without creating conflicts with existing functionality or product direction. Documentation, Testing & Quality Assurance Document business and system requirements through Statements of Work (SOWs), process-flow diagrams, wireframes, flowcharts, and configuration documentation. Support detailed system and business process analysis. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test preparation, execution, issue tracking, and client sign-off.
