As a Process Technical Services Student (PTS), you will work with the East Saint John (ESJ) Area Team that is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Canaport ESJ / Mispec Marine Terminals. The PTS student sits with the area team onsite at the ESJ Terminal and works directly with the team’s Area Contact Engineer to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve unit performance. The role offers a combination of field and office work, to provide exposure to fast paced operational environment. Responsibilities: * Contribute to operations meetings and provide updates to the area team * Process trending, troubleshooting, and analysis * Monthly reporting * Facilitating our change management process and updating documentation * Monitor water quality and conduct bioassays for containment ponds * VRU efficiency monitoring, and environmental / operational reporting Your Skills: * Safety as-a-way-of-life mindset. * Ability to work within a team environment and meet deadlines. * Problem solving skills. * Communication skills. * Strong attention to detail. * Knowledge of MS Office. * Comfortable working in Excel. * Valid Canadian driver’s license. Your Experience: * Currently enrolled in a Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree completing 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of study. Requirements
