Job summary
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 Position Status: Current Opening CI/Process Engineer Qualifications Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in process, manufacturing, industrial, or continuous improvement engineering within a manufacturing environment. Experience with high-volume manufacturing, production processes, automation, and assembly operations. Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and problem-solving tools (e.g. PDCA, PFMEA, Kaizen, KATA, 5 Why). Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills. Key Responsibilities Analyze and improve manufacturing processes, throughput, cycle times, and equipment utilization. Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles. Develop and maintain standard work instructions, SOPs, KPIs, and process documentation. Support capacity planning, ergonomics improvements, error-proofing, and production problem solving. Collaborate with Engineering and Operations on new equipment implementation and new product introductions. Monitor manufacturing performance metrics and recommend corrective actions. Support a safe manufacturing environment by identifying and addressing process-related risks. Work Environment Full-time, on-site manufacturing environment. PPE required. Requirements
