Permanent Job Title: Senior HRIS Business Analyst (Workday) Role Status: Current Opening Principal Tasks and Responsibilities Include: Serve as the functional subject matter expert for Workday, providing guidance on system capabilities, solution design, and best practices. Lead the analysis, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Workday functionality. Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable system solutions. Support Workday enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop reporting, dashboards, and documentation while providing expert-level troubleshooting and user support. Coordinate testing activities, validate system changes, and monitor Workday releases to assess business impact. Qualifications and Pre-Requisites: 5+ years of experience supporting, implementing, and optimizing HRIS/HCM platforms. Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience. Strong expertise across Workday Core HCM, Talent, Absence, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Payroll. Experience with Workday business processes, security, reporting, calculated fields, EIBs, condition rules, and data loads. Experience supporting Workday integrations, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams. Workday certifications are considered an asset.
