Working under the Operations Manager, the responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: Timely delivery/follow up of quotations to our customers Excellent Customer Service and Phone Etiquette Collecting and maintaining Project documentation Managing Customer Requirements and Billing Source all Project requirements, Issue Purchase Orders. Ensure Purchased Components have been received and costed correctly Maintain and Improve on Estimating Templates and Processes Ensure proper Job management software useage Desired Qualifications: Adept at computer use including MS Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam Revu or equivalent. CAD Skills a plus, however we are willing to train the ideal candidate Estimator Certification an asset but not required Construction related Post Secondary Education an asset but again we are willing to train the right candidate Ability to handle a fast paced environment Experience in glass an asset but not required Glazing experience is a definite asset.
