Analyze financial data and performance, prepare reports, forecasts, budgets, projections, and journal entries, and develop financial models using Excel and SAP. Advise management on cost and revenue opportunities, financial risks, investment decisions, and budget adjustments while supporting compliance, audits, and data-driven decision-making.

Process IAM incidents and requests for multiple customers, including creating, modifying, and disabling accounts, managing access and passwords, and meeting service-level targets. Support security revalidation, audits, disaster recovery tests, customer inquiries, and improvements to IAM procedures and automation.
