Responsibilities include training new staff, directing special cleaning projects, and assisting the Cleaning Manager with day-to-day operations. Candidates must have at least 2 years of commercial janitorial experience and a strong commitment to safety protocols. The role requires a team player with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
