We’re excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as a Maintenance Supervisor. This role is key to maintaining equipment reliability, leading skilled trades, and supporting continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment operating across rotating shifts. Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Supervise and support a team of Millwrights and Electricians across rotating shifts Coordinate daily maintenance activities to support production uptime Assign work orders, prioritize breakdowns, and manage shift handovers Enforce and train on health & safety, GMP, and company policies Support preventative and predictive maintenance programs Collaborate with production, engineering, and CI teams to improve reliability Participate in shutdowns, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives Manage vacation scheduling, coverage, and overtime as required Mandatory Requirements: 3+ years of maintenance supervisory or leadership experience Background in a manufacturing environment with automated equipment Strong people leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience working with rotating shift teams Solid understanding of safety standards and maintenance best practices Preferred Requirements: Food manufacturing experience (GMP environment) Licensed Millwright (433A) or Electrician (442A / 309A) Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning Exposure to continuous improvement or reliability initiatives Work Structure: 8-hour rotating shifts (3-shift rotation) Location: Hamilton, Ontario Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 (plus overtime and shift premiums) If you are interested in learning more about the Maintenance Supervisor job opportunity, please submit your updated resume to zavier@itecgroup.ca We are recruitment industry leaders committed to quality service, integrity, respect, and equal opportunity. What you’ll do

Requirements

Requires 3+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment with automated equipment. A background as a licensed Millwright or Electrician and experience with GMP environments is preferred.
