The ideal candidate is a TPM functional/product leader, rather than a pure technical consultant or developer. Understand the business → manage TPM consultants/vendors → prioritize the product backlog → coordinate technology teams → drive projects/enhancements → communicate effectively with business leadership Required Experience Experience either, Business Systems Analysis, Technology Product Management, Project Management, or similar functional leadership roles. Strong hands-on Trade Promotion Management (TPM) experience. Experience working within CPG / Consumer Goods / FMCG environments. Experience managing or coordinating TPM consultants, vendors, development teams, and business stakeholders. Strong understanding of business requirements, product backlogs, enhancements, UAT, and application support.

Requirements

Experience in business systems analysis, technology product management, project management, or a similar functional leadership role is required, along with hands-on Trade Promotion Management experience. Candidates should have experience in CPG, consumer goods, or FMCG environments and be able to coordinate consultants, vendors, development teams, and business stakeholders while managing requirements, backlogs, UAT, and application support.
