Reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead, the Customer Service Associate must assist customers in processing their requests and ensure the data is accurate. Starting wage for this role is $15.90. Candidates should be bilingual in English and French with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in call centers and proficiency with CRM platforms are considered assets.
