Job summary
Cavendish Farms is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment Specialist to support and strengthen safety performance at our processing facilities. This role plays a key part in developing standardized health and safety programs, designing and delivering effective training, and ensuring consistency across multiple sites. The Specialist will act as a subject matter expert (SME), working closely with site leadership to drive compliance, reduce risk, and build a strong, proactive safety culture. Work Location: Candidates may be based in Lethbridge, AB; Jamestown, ND; Wheatley, ON; or New Annan, PE. Requirements
Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in health and safety, preferably within manufacturing, food processing, or agriculture. A post-secondary education in a related field and professional certifications such as NCSO, CRST, or CRSP are required.
