The International Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for recruiting, qualifying, and supporting foreign commercial drivers throughout their immigration and onboarding journey. This role works closely with the Centre of Excellence on immigration applications, oversees newcomer settlement activities, manages training and settlement budgets, and leverages ORC and HCM tools to support the employee lifecycle.
