The Training/Safety Coordinator supports and implements safety and training programs to ensure employees are well-prepared and compliant with safety standards. This role helps maintain a safe work environment, driving engagement, teams are equipped with skills and knowledge to prove G.R.E.A.T customer service and adherence to Kent's Safety Management System. Requirements
Candidates should possess strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to work effectively under pressure are required.
