Supplier Program Analyst

Fleetway's Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) team is helping shape how the Royal Canadian Navy's next generation of ships will be supported and maintained throughout their service life. As a Supplier Program Analyst, you'll play an important role in supporting supplier performance and the successful delivery of key Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities. Working closely with internal subject matter experts, procurement teams, customers, and external suppliers, you'll help coordinate deliverables, monitor progress, manage documentation, and support the execution of critical supplier programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, working with a variety of stakeholders, and turning complex information into clear, actionable insights. You'll gain exposure to major marine and defence programs while contributing to projects that have a direct impact on the sustainment and operational readiness of Canada's naval fleet. Coordinate supplier activities and manage procurement documentation to ensure the delivery of Integrated Logistics Support inputs. Collaborate with internal experts and external vendors to align projects with strategic goals for the Royal Canadian Navy.

Requires a post-secondary degree in a related field and at least 4 years of experience in supply chain or administrative support. Candidates must be able to obtain Canadian Government Security Clearance and meet Controlled Goods Program requirements.
