Job summary

Assist in the production and packaging of finished products on the tray pack line as well as general cleaning and sanitation of the machines and the plant. Follow directions from packaging supervisors and tray pack operators to ensure efficient production line operations. Stack potato patties into trays and boxes while meeting production targets. Assist in the production and packaging of finished products on the tray pack line as well as general cleaning and sanitation of the machines and the plant. Follow directions from packaging supervisors and tray pack operators to ensure efficient production line operations. Stack potato patties into trays and boxes while meeting production targets. Re casing and opening of bags into totes when required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through ongoing sanitation and housekeeping. Perform cleaning and sanitation of production equipment using high-pressure water systems, cleaning tools, and approved cleaning chemicals. Identify and report food safety, quality, and operational concerns to Supervision. Adhere to food safety regulations, quality assurance standards, and company policies. Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards. Availability to work 12-hour shift Strong work ethic with reliable attendance Ability to follow safety guidelines. Workplace Safety Compliance Physically capable of repetitive lifting and occasional lifting of up to 50lbs Forklift experience/ticket is considered an asset
