Android Engineer

Required Skills Summary 6+ years of Android development experience using Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, and Jetpack Compose. Strong expertise in Android SDK architecture, performance tuning, and optimization (Activities, Fragments, Adapters, Threading, AsyncTasks, etc.). Hands-on experience developing applications for Android TV. Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and software engineering principles. Strong knowledge of Android UI/UX guidelines and mobile application best practices. Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with JSON. Ability to create technical documentation and support application design/planning. Excellent problem-solving, risk management, collaboration, and prioritization skills. Experience implementing and optimizing Google Chromecast integration. Exposure to native iOS development is an added advantage.
